They have very strange hours, like the other places to eat in the area. They cater mostly to the courthouse patrons. There is not much business after the courthouse closes.

That's downtown Joliet for you. Blue Taco is good food but sometimes not worth a wasted trip just because they don't have conviction about keeping their doors open. Please step it up, BT.
